Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish (for thick bars) or 11×15 (for thinner bars) with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, and eggs until well blended.
