Homemade Unicorn Gummies for Kids!

Kids eat a lot. Homeschool kids especially, are prone to graze all day long. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but a large family mama has to be prepared or things will go bad quickly. These homemade unicorn gummies are fun to make as well as eat. Bonus that they’re somewhat healthy too. #momwin

To make these unicorn shaped, you will need a silicone mini unicorn mold (and really any of these cute mini silicone molds on Amazon would do). You can get a mold of whatever shape you want your gummies. Unicorn shapes just make them look super cool and give you extra cool mom points.

I would say have YOUR KIDS make these homemade gummies with you. They’ll really enjoy it! This homemade gummy recipe only makes about 18 at a time. However, picture determined older kids who love gummies?! You could set up quite an assembly line with this, lol!

In a saucepan, heat the juice. Stir in the honey and gelatin until completely dissolved and an even consistency. Spoon heated mixture into molds and let set for 2 hours. Pop out and serve.

These homemade unicorn gummies will go super fast! You won’t need to worry about how to store them because there won’t be any to store. If by some twist of fate you do have some to store, put them in an airtight container and eat within a few days. This should not be a problem. There’s bound to be someone who wants to eat them regardless of how they taste!
