Sometimes you buy a whole cow and have tons of beef in the freezer. You eat so much beef that the family revolts when they see beef coming towards the dinner table. So you whip up turkey meatloaf in the crockpot instead. Everyone is happy again. Perhaps you just need to watch your fat intake so you need a leaner meat but love meatloaf. This would work for that scenario as well. The former sounds more like my life while the latter is what everyone else is thinking.
HERE are several more NEW large family dump & go Crock Pot Meals featuring Ham Mac & Cheese in the slow cooker (yes, you can throw it all in the slow cooker!), 5 Bean Soup, and several more!

Gather all your ingredients together. Chop the onion and any other veggies you’re sneaking in there. Combine everything in your large mixing bowl. Wash your hands and get in there to blend it all together. Seriously, use your hands. It’s the best way to get everything mixed together then shaped into 2 loaves.
Spray your crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Don’t skip this step or you’ll be cursing me later. No one wants that least of all me. Place l loaf into the crockpot. This recipe makes 2 loaves, one to cook for today and one to feed your freezer for another day. Place the 2nd loaf in a labeled freezer bag then place in freezer. Take out 24 hours in advance then follow the cooking directions above.
