Scramble your eggs and cook and drain your sausage. This doesn’t have to happen right before assembly. I often like to precook all my items one day then do freezer assembly on a different day. This keeps you from staying up to 3 AM like someone I know. Ahem!
Place your ingredients in bowls at the assembly station except tortillas. Lay a tortilla out then place one scoop of each remaining ingredient into the center. Fold in sides and roll to close. To freeze, wrap in aluminum foil then plastic wrap. When you want to reheat, unwrap and place in microwave for 1-3 minutes.Print
