What You’ll Need to make the Caesar Chicken

  • 1 family pack chicken legs
  • 2 bottles caesar dressing
  • 4 to 5 pounds golden potatoes
  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

How do I Make Caesar Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner?

With your oven preheating to 400 degrees, prepare two large baking sheets with aluminum foil and grease them each with olive oil. Set your trays aside and grab your large bowl.

Into your bowl place all of the chicken, and then pour one bottle of the Caesar dressing on top, and toss to coat completely. Next arrange the chicken on the baking sheets, leaving space for the vegetables between the pieces.

Into a medium sized bowl, toss your potatoes and about one cup of Caesar dressing. Next arrange the potatoes around the chicken.

Bake the chicken and potato mixture for 35 minutes. Meanwhile toss your asparagus with about a half cup of dressing. Carefully remove the baking sheets from the oven and add the asparagus to the baking sheets. Next, return sheets to the oven and bake them for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Drizzle with the remaining dressing and season with salt and black pepper as desired.
