This recipe is super flexible. If you have something on hand, just use that. You can make the sauce from scratch if you have a marinara recipe that you love. If not, you can buy jarred marinara sauce. Another option is to use premade pizza sauce. It gives it a nice pizza taste.
How do I make it mealtless or use other meat options?
If you prefer a meatless dish, then you have lots of options. You can leave off the pepperoni or change them for a meatless version. A different option is to replace them with a topping that you prefer. Mushrooms are high in protein and hold up well. If you like pepperoni want a healthier version, try turkey pepperoni, or ham.

You can add extra seasonings to the Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza Casserole. If you want to make it spicy, consider adding red chili flakes to the mixture. If you’d like to give it even more flavor, you can use garlic powder and/or garlic salt. Use what you like to add to your pizza!
