  • Onion. Grab one large onion and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Beef Broth. Bring flavor to your meat by adding a cup of broth into your slow cooker.
  • Liquid Aminos. Add a slight tang to your dish with liquid aminos.
  • Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener. Instead of sugar, use this sweetener to give your dish a sweeter taste.
  • Red Pepper Flakes. Add a bit of spice to your Beef and Broccoli with the red pepper flakes.

You’ll also need sesame oil, minced garlic, xanthan gum, and four cups of broccoli florets to complete this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, sliced thin
  • 2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup liquid aminos
  • 4 tablespoons golden monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 8 cups broccoli florets

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In the slow cooker, whisk together the beef broth, liquid aminos, monkfruit, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic together.

  3. Place the beef slices and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker and toss with the liquid. Try to keep the beef separated to avoid it cooking in clumps.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
