Steak is actually very affordable if you buy it when it’s on sale or if you can buy a whole or half cow from a local farmer. You won’t have any regrets when you make this dish.

Ingredients for Low Carb Steak Fajita Bowls

If you’ve been looking for a way to feed your family less carbs, but still make them stay full, then this meal is for you. I wanted to share some of the ingredients that I use in these bowls, just in case you’re curious! These are the ingredients that I use, but you can take the basic ingredients and change things up how you’d like them. That is the beauty of these types of bowls.

Steak – Although some people may think that steak is expensive, it’s not that expensive if you buy it on sale. I’d recommend buying it on sale because then you can make meals like this much more affordable. You can use flank steak or London Broil sliced into thin strips.

Various seasonings – One of my favorite parts of this meal is all of the seasonings that you can use. Onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, paprika and many more seasonings are used in these fajita bowls to make them even more delicious. If you’re going to make a fajita bowl, then you need to have lots of seasonings.

Beef broth – Another ingredient that makes this dish so good is beef broth. You’ll appreciate how delicious it makes these fajita bowls.

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  1. Prepare the slow cooker crock with non-stick cooking spray.
