Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground mustard
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 9×13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, cream cheese, mustard, and cheddar cheese. Stir to evenly distribute the ingredients.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Beat in salt and pepper.

  4. Stir the eggs into the chicken mixture until evenly blended.
