- 3 cups frozen fruit and/or veggies
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¾ to 1 cup milk
Peaches and Cream:
- 3 cups peaches
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- 1 tablespoon coconut (optional)
- 1 banana
Choco Peanut Butter Banana:
- 3 bananas
- ½ cup nut butter
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango & 1 banana
- 3 cups mixed berries
Peanut Butter Banana:
- 3 bananas
- ½ cup nut butter
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 teaspoon ground flax
- 1 teaspoon honey
To prepare freezer bags, place the ingredients (not the yogurt and milk) into a quart-size freezer bag, seal, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To make the smoothie, pour milk and yogurt into the blender. Empty the contents (of one bag) into a blender and blend until no chunks remain.
