How to Store the Baked Apples Dessert

When making the Baked Apples Dessert for your large family, you might have some leftovers for lunch that you would like to keep and feed your large family throughout the week. Make sure to store your apple dessert in an airtight food storage container to keep it fresh. It is best to put the food container in the refrigerator. You can eat the baked dessert cold or put it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to reheat it when you want to eat it again.

If you decide to make large batches of the Large Family Slow Cooker Baked Apples Dessert, be sure to freeze the batches to keep the apples from going bad. You can pour the contents of your slow cooker into large freezer storage bags. Remove any extra air from inside the bags, seal them shut, and label them to make it easier to find the dessert when you want it. You can keep your apples frozen for up to six months.

You can follow the directions in this recipe when combining the dry and wet ingredients.
