Ingredients
- 12 cups cubed French bread
- 4 cups milk
- 8 eggs
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup chopped Heath bits
Instructions
- Spray inside the slow cooker crock with nonstick cooking spray.

Place bread in an even, unpacked layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.

Mix the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the Heath bits, until completely combined. Pour evenly over the bread.

Sprinkle the Heath bits over the top.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours or until an instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees when inserted in the center.

Serve with whipped topping, vanilla ice cream, and/or caramel sauce.
