Make your Slow Cooker Banana Heath Bread Pudding with these ingredients:

  • French Bread. Cut your bread into small cubes. You need about eight cups of bread to prepare this pudding recipe. Use my French Bread recipe to make this.
  • Milk. Add milk to your slow cooker with your homemade bread. The liquid helps create the perfect pudding-like consistency.
  • Brown Sugar. Keep your pudding tasting sweet with brown sugar.
  • Vanilla Extract. A teaspoon of vanilla extract adds a hint of extra flavor to this pudding.
  • Heath Bits. Grab your Heath bar and chop it down into pieces before tossing those pieces into the slow cooker.

Besides these important ingredients, make sure you have four eggs to add to your slow cooker to create the Banana Heath Bread Pudding.

What to Serve With the Banana Heath Bread Pudding

What you serve with the bread pudding depends more on where you are serving it. Description

If bread pudding is one of your favorite desserts, try this Slow Cooker Banana Heath Bread Pudding. It combines the taste of the traditional pudding with chocolate and banana for such an amazing flavor.

 


Ingredients

  • 12 cups cubed French bread
  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup chopped Heath bits

Instructions

  1. Spray inside the slow cooker crock with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place bread in an even, unpacked layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the Heath bits, until completely combined. Pour evenly over the bread.

  4. Sprinkle the Heath bits over the top.

  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours or until an instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees when inserted in the center.

  6. Serve with whipped topping, vanilla ice cream, and/or caramel sauce.
