- 4 pounds broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and spritz lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Toss the broccoli in the olive oil until all of the florets are lightly coated. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer across the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
