- 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 2 (8.2 ounce) packages fajita size flour tortillas
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
