- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups frozen berries, thawed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease 24 muffin cups very well with nonstick cooking spray as the muffins will stick without well sprayed muffin cups. Liners can be used but should be sprayed heavily.

Using a large scoop or spoon, distribute the batter evenly into muffin pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
